These terms and conditions govern the tutoring services provided by The Honours Circle ("we", "us", "our") to parents and students ("you", "your"). By booking a session or programme with The Honours Circle, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all tutoring arrangements whether delivered online or otherwise.
The Honours Circle provides 1-to-1 A-Level Mathematics tutoring for Year 12 and Year 13 students, delivered online via video call. Sessions are conducted by Imran Salim, First Class Honours Mathematics graduate of King's College London and PGCE holder from UCL.
All sessions are tailored to the individual student's exam board, current grade, target grade, and identified areas of weakness. The programme structure and session content will be agreed between the tutor and the parent or student at the point of booking.
Sessions are offered in blocks or on an individual basis. Payment is required in advance of the session or block commencing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the point of booking. Failure to make payment by the agreed date may result in the session or block being cancelled.
Prices are as stated at the time of booking. The Honours Circle reserves the right to update its pricing with reasonable notice. Existing clients will be given no less than one month's notice of any price change.
We understand that circumstances change. The following cancellation terms apply:

Where payment has been made for a block of sessions, any unused sessions at the point of withdrawal may be refunded at our discretion, subject to the following:

The Honours Circle is committed to delivering high-quality, personalised tuition designed to maximise each student's potential. However, student outcomes depend on individual effort, engagement, attendance and commitment to the programme.
Past results featured on this website reflect the genuine outcomes of named students and are provided for illustrative purposes only. They are not a guarantee of future performance. No specific grade outcome is guaranteed as a result of engaging our services.
The Honours Circle shall not be liable for any loss, disappointment or consequential damage arising from a student's exam results or university application outcomes.
We expect all students and parents to engage respectfully and professionally. The Honours Circle reserves the right to terminate a tutoring arrangement without refund in cases of persistent non-attendance, abusive conduct, or a consistent failure to engage with the programme.
Students are expected to attend sessions on time, complete agreed tasks between sessions, and approach their studies with commitment. The quality of the programme depends on the effort of both parties.
All sessions are conducted online via video call. The Honours Circle takes safeguarding seriously and adheres to best practice guidelines for online tutoring with minors.
Sessions will not be conducted in private or unmonitored settings. Parents are welcome to be present during sessions. Any safeguarding concerns will be handled in accordance with relevant statutory guidance.
The Honours Circle collects and holds limited personal data — including student name, year group, exam board, current grade, target grade, and contact details — for the sole purpose of delivering and administering the tutoring service.
Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. You may request access to, or deletion of, your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.
By submitting an enquiry or booking a session, you consent to The Honours Circle holding and using your data for these purposes in accordance with UK GDPR.
All session materials, resources, progress reports and documents produced by The Honours Circle remain the intellectual property of The Honours Circle. They are provided for the personal use of the student only and may not be reproduced, distributed or shared without prior written consent.
The Honours Circle reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to existing clients with reasonable notice. Continued engagement with our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
